Amourlaye holds an Honours degree in Geology and has 32 years’ experience in the mining industry across Africa region. He was involved in the discovery and development of world class assets and appointed as General Manager where he led by unlocking values for stakeholders benefit.
Amourlaye holds several professional executive education certificates at UCT (university of Cape Town) and WITS University in Johannesburg.

Il a conduit plusieurs opérations en Côte d’Ivoire, en Tanzanie, en Zambie, au Ghana, en Mauritanie, au Sénégal et en Afrique du Sud, tant au niveau opérationnel qu’au niveau stratégique. Grâce à son influence stratégique et son leadership affirmé, il a été un acteur majeur de la promotion de l'excellence dans le secteur minier avec un talent réel pour la maximisation des réserves exploitables, soutenu par un savoir-faire dans la planification stratégique et une vaste expérience dans l'exécution des opérations minières.

Daouda Amourlaye

Directeur des relations publiques et de la durabilité

Géologue de formation, Amourlaye possède 32 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie minière en Afrique. Son expertise s’étend a travers tout le spectre de l’industrie minière ; de l’exploration à la gestion de grands projets miniers, en passant par le génie géotechnique, la santé -sécurité́ au travail et des relations communautaires. Il a participé à la découverte et au développement d’actifs de classe mondiale et a été nommé directeur général. Amourlaye est titulaire de plusieurs certificats de formation professionnelle des cadres à l’UCT (université du Cap) et à l’Université WITS de Johannesburg.
